Training

I offer a range of training to both face-to-face and online practitioners. The training ranges from practical, how to set yourself up for working online, to psychological considerations and dilemmas when working via technology at a distance.

Are you a face-to-face counselling organisation and want to move some of your f2f service online to attract more clients or to engage with your clients in what is becoming the norm and for many a preference? Are you a counselling or therapy training institute and need to offer some training to your students on working at a distance with clients?

Then my training may just help.

I am an experienced trainer of many years in the fields of Children & Young People engaging online and have been a trainer on the General Certificate in Counselling Online for OLT.  I have also had a number of  articles published on engaging in cyberspace for both the TAJ, The Transactional Analyst, The International Journal of TA Research and Practice  and a chapter on online supervision.

Please contact me and we can discuss your particular organisational requirements – half day through to one day or two days are available on a range of topics related to Children, Young People, Risk, Safeguarding and Social Media, Suicide Ideation and Self Harm.
